Gluten Free Spice Bars

This recipe calls for using regular flour but we decided to make them gluten free and they really turned out nice!

3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups garbonzo bean flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
add raisins

Combine all ingredients a mixing bowl.  Mix evenly.  Press dough into a casserole dish.  Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
